Of all the aspects of my work, helping companies and people with their marketing plans ranks as one of my favourite activities.

My goal is to work with you to develop a marketing plan and strategy that you can execute - with or with out my help. Sounds strange doesn't it? A consultant who teaches people to work with out him. My goal is not to become your Marketing Manager, rather the person you can ask for guidance and advice as you take on the marketing tasks of your organization.

In most cases, we will begin working together to determine where your organization is currently operating at - and where you would like it to be. We'll perform a Marketing Audit (something that's more fun than it sounds) where you'll be able to see where you are spending your marketing dollars currently. In many cases this is an eye-opening experience. As the year goes on, it's easy to get distracted and participate in marketing activities that may not be completely directed at your core market.

After the audit we'll work on a plan to help you - week by week, or day by day - make the best marketing decisions you can. And most of all - we're going to track the results - so we can see what works and (just as importantly) what doesn't.
