I'm a music junkie. In my spare dreamworld I have a ton of musical talent and a great singing voice. In reality, I'm the reason they make stereos that have really big speakers - so no one can actually hear me. There isn't much music I don't like. Aside from 70's country music and hardcore rap, I probably have a CD (yes, I do purchase CD's still...) that fits the bill.

I have a penchant for Alternative Rock that seems to confuse some people. It's actually great to golf to. I grew up in the 80's so my musical choices were limited until I learned a little more about life. While Platinum Blonde, Corey Hart and Glass Tiger will always hold a dear place in my heart, I've rounded out the tastes a little bit.

Most recently I've been delving into the world of 70's rock. Eagles, Asia, Aerosmith, Journey, ELO etc. Not having an older brother, I never heard this stuff when it came out, and wasn't all that fond of it as a kid. I'm starting to appreciate it. Heck -- I even heard a Dr. Hook track that wasn't half bad.

One day I'll try to follow up on my brief stint as a DJ in high school. I'm learning how to beat mix and having a blast doing it! As soon as I get some other projects out of the way, expect to see me in a club for an evening putting some of the music I know to use.
